About Us
Who we are ?
IDE Solutions is a partnership firm in business since 2015. We classmates from engineering college got together to start this venture after serving IT industry for 20+ years. We started this venture to live our passion for the technology. We are working on few products and also do customer specific development. Our core value lies in excellence in everything we do. We are a team of 6 associates working remotely but as a team. We intend to have complete virtual team so that we don't have cost overheads which will benefit our customers. We encourage people who had to quit their good IT jobs due to family or health reasons to join us. We promise to get them a good quality work with good income without compromising their personal priorities.
Nitin Phaltankar - Business Development
Nitin has been part of the IDE Solutions since April 2017, and brings over 20+ years of experience in leading teams and building businesses to his role at IDE Solutions. While serving as Delivery Head for one of the world’s leading IT Services company, Nitin was instrumental in leading large teams with multi-million dollars business for customers in the USA, UK, Singapore and India. With his experience in IT industry, he brings a blend of strategic vision and customer focus that help our clients define their needs in order craft custom solutions. Nitin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Walchand College of Engg, Sangli. When he’s not meeting with a client or motivating our operations teams, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing various sports.
Rekha Bhintade - Founder and Technology Operations
A successful IT Professional with more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry, Rekha looks after the development team and the company’s technology operations. Working closely with the business development team, Rekha oversees company’s growth from technology standpoint. Rekha was part of R&D team and managed large teams for over a decade in one of the large companies in embedded software development based in Pune. Rekha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Walchand College of Engg, Sangli.
